4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, materials, content, logos, photographs, brand assets, product information, and other resources required to complete a project.

Clients are also responsible for ensuring that any materials they provide to VK Graficos do not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties.

Delays in providing required information, approvals, feedback, or materials may affect project timelines.

5. Project Approvals

Before final delivery or production, clients may be required to review and approve designs, content, artwork, proofs, or other project materials.

Once a design, artwork, print file, website content, or other deliverable has been approved by the client, VK Graficos may proceed with production or final delivery.

VK Graficos is not responsible for errors that were present in client-approved materials where the client had an opportunity to review and approve the content.

6. Revisions

The number of revisions included in a project may vary depending on the agreed scope of work.

Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges and may require additional time.

Significant changes to an approved concept, direction, layout, content, or project scope may be treated as a new requirement.

7. Payments

Project pricing, payment schedules, deposits, milestones, and other financial terms may be agreed upon between VK Graficos and the client before or during a project.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Work may begin after the required advance payment is received.
Final files or deliverables may be provided after applicable payments have been completed.
Additional work outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.
Payments made for completed or approved services may be non-refundable, subject to the specific agreement between VK Graficos and the client.

8. Cancellation

If a client cancels a project after work has started, the client may be responsible for payment for work already completed, resources already purchased, and other applicable costs incurred by VK Graficos.

Any refund or cancellation arrangement will depend on the circumstances and the specific agreement between VK Graficos and the client.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, VK Graficos retains ownership of its original concepts, working files, drafts, design explorations, processes, templates, tools, and unused creative materials.

Upon full payment, the client may receive the agreed final deliverables and usage rights specified for the project.

Editable/source files are not automatically included unless specifically agreed upon.

Third-party fonts, stock images, plugins, software, templates, graphics, or other licensed assets may be subject to their respective license terms.

10. Client-Provided Materials

Any logos, images, videos, fonts, text, trademarks, product photographs, or other materials supplied by the client remain the property of the client or their respective owners.

By providing such materials to VK Graficos, the client confirms that they have the necessary rights or permissions to use those materials for the intended project.

11. Portfolio and Promotional Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, VK Graficos may display completed work created for a client in its portfolio, website, social media, presentations, case studies, advertisements, or other promotional materials.

If a client requires a project to remain confidential or does not want the completed work used for promotional purposes, this should be communicated to VK Graficos in writing.

12. Website Content

The information, images, graphics, text, branding, and other content displayed on the VK Graficos website are provided for general informational and promotional purposes.

While we aim to keep information accurate and current, we do not guarantee that all website content will always be complete, accurate, or up to date.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove website content at any time without prior notice.
